{"id":907,"date":"2024-01-03T08:04:02","date_gmt":"2024-01-03T07:04:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/emilioyascension.es\/cookbook1\/?p=907"},"modified":"2024-01-03T08:25:32","modified_gmt":"2024-01-03T07:25:32","slug":"merluza-rellena-de-langostinos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/emilioyascension.es\/cookbook1\/merluza-rellena-de-langostinos\/","title":{"rendered":"Merluza rellena de langostinos"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">INGREDIENTES<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 cola de merluza (de 1.200 gr. en 2 lomos)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>12 langostinos pelados<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 patatas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 cebolletas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 dientes de ajo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 ml. de txakoli<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>aceite de oliva virgen extra<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>pimienta<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>perejil<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">PREPARACI\u00d3N<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Calienta una sart\u00e9n grande con abundante aceite (125-150 ml). Corta las cebolletas en juliana gruesa. Pela 2 dientes de ajo y lam\u00ednalos. Introduce las hortalizas en la sart\u00e9n.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pela las patatas, c\u00f3rtalas en rodajas de 1\/2 cent\u00edmetro y agr\u00e9galas a la sart\u00e9n. Sazona y reh\u00f3galas a fuego medio durante 15-20 minutos. Esc\u00farrelas bien y, reserva por un lado las patatas y por otro el aceite.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Calienta la misma sart\u00e9n con 1 cucharada del aceite de las patatas. Pela el otro diente de ajo, c\u00f3rtalo en daditos y a\u00f1\u00e1delo a la sart\u00e9n. Sazona los langostinos, incorp\u00f3ralos, espolvor\u00e9alos con un poco de perejil picado y salt\u00e9alos brevemente.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Extiende (en fila) 4 trozos de lid de cocina (o hilo de cocina como el que usa Karlos Argui\u00f1ano) sobre la tabla. Coloca un lomo de merluza (dejando la parte de la piel hacia abajo) sobre las cuerdas de cocina y salpimi\u00e9ntalo. Reparte encima los langostinos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salpimienta el interior del otro lomo de merluza, y ponlo sobre los langostinos (dejando la parte de la piel hacia arriba). Junta los extremos de las cuerdas y \u00e1talas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Extiende las patatas sobre una bandeja de horno. Pon encima la cola rellena, saz\u00f3nala y, ri\u00e9gala con un poco del aceite resultante de fre\u00edr las patatas y el txakoli.
